How do E-Signature coupons work?
E-signature tools let you send a contract, NDA or offer letter, have someone sign it in a browser, and get back a sealed PDF with a record of who signed and when. Almost every provider has a free tier, and most of the real savings come from annual billing rather than coupon codes.
This page lists the live offers. Below is how the pricing actually works, and where the money is really saved.
How does e-signature pricing work?
Nearly every tool prices on how many documents you send out for signature, not on how many you sign yourself. That distinction matters more than the headline price.
A "signature request" is normally one document sent to one or more people. Sending one contract to three signers is a single request on most platforms, not three. Signing something yourself is usually unlimited and free.
Plans then split three ways: a free tier with a small cap, a solo tier in the $10-$30 a month range, and a per-user team tier with templates, branding and API access.
Do e-signature coupon codes actually work?
Some do, and they are worth checking. But the two biggest savings in this category are not codes at all:
- Annual billing. Most providers give roughly two months free for paying yearly. That is a 15-20% cut with no code needed.
- The free tier. If you send fewer than three or four documents a month, several tools cost nothing at all, permanently.
Be careful with sites advertising "90% off" e-signature codes. Those are almost always expired, or scraped from an enterprise negotiation that was never public.
How to pay less for e-signature software
- Count what you actually send. People routinely buy a team plan to send four contracts a month. Check your real volume first.
- Check whether self-signing is free. If most of your documents are ones you sign yourself, you may not need a paid plan at all.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Two months free is the single biggest lever, but only take it after the refund window has proved the tool fits.
- Use the refund window. Most providers refund a first payment within 14 to 30 days. Test properly inside it.
- Watch per-user minimums. Team plans often start at two or three users, so the real entry price is double the advertised per-user rate.
What should an e-signature tool include at any price?
A sealed PDF on completion, and an audit trail recording who opened the document, when, and from where. Some providers put the audit trail behind a paid tier, which makes their free plan a demo rather than a smaller version of the product. Check that before you commit.
